In 1913, Philip Lance – took 500 pounds of unwanted peanuts, roasted them and sold them on the streets of Charlotte, NC. From there, he started making his own peanut butter which he used to invent the Peanut Butter Sandwich Cracker, changing the course of snack history forever! Today, more than 100 years later, the Lance Sandwich Cracker lives on – and we still make our own Peanut Butter.
