Store packet in a cool, dry place. Consume freshly prepared.

Preparation and usage

Empty the sachet of dumpling mix and the 2 sachets of yeast into a bowl and blend well. Using a wooden spoon, stir 72 liter (2 cups) of warm water (40c) through the mix until you have a smooth batter. Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer until it boils. Lift out the dough a little at a time with the aid of 2 wet teaspoons, and place carefully into the boiling oil. Fry until golden brown. Stand in a colander to drain. Serve warm with honey etc., to taste.
