They are a good source of potassium, zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Great with steamed rice, grains, soups, curries, stews and casseroles. Get creative and add your favourite meat, vegetables and spices for a tasty meal. To cook: Cover 1 cup of Lentils with 3 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil.
